Rare & Original German Brass Framed Porcelain “Skating Children” Trivet Coaster Plate for your consideration. The dish measures approx. 4 1/8 inches in diameter and approx. 1/4 of an inch deep. German, early 20th Century. Hand painted, lusterware porcelain tile with three children ice skating on frozen lake. Tile is encased in brass with eight pierced floral motif design. Impressed mark into brass foot that reads, “W. L. RITTEMBURG”. Very good antique condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. See photos. Displays precious!
