Rare Weller Pottery Velva Centerpiece Bowl for your consideration. The bowl measures approx. 13 1/4 inches from handle to handle and approx. 4 inches tall. Top diameter measures approx. 12 1/4 inches; foot diameter approx. 5 3/8 inches. Brown glaze with rectangular panels of flowers and leaves. Incised script mark on base reads, “Weller Pottery”; plus handwritten “H” initial. Very good condition. No chips or cracks. Manufacturing imperfections include glaze pops and small areas of missing glaze. Crazing and age stains to base. See photos. Displays exquisite. Scarce!
