Antique Chinese Carved Jade Foo Dog Pair for your consideration. Each Foo Dog is small, measuring approx. 2 inches long, 1 1/4 inches tall and 1 inch deep. 19th Century; possibly earlier. Finely carved jade with areas of brown, dark and light gray russets. Recumbent Foo Dog figurines with bared teeth and flared nostrils. Excellent condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age.
