Antique Staffordshire Head Penny Bank for your consideration. The head bank measures approx. 2 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Second half 19th Century; England. Hand painted porcelain penny bank in the form of man’s head wearing tricorn hat. Coin slot towards the back of man’s hat. Very good condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Surface and glaze irregularities, crazing, kiln cracks and shelf soiling. Chip to left corner of gentleman’s hat. See photos. Displays splendid!
