Primitive Mirrored Wall Mount Medicine Cabinet

Primitive Apothecary Cabinet for your consideration. The cabinet measures approx. 12 1/8 inches wide, 16 1/8 inches tall and 4 7/8 inches deep. American, first half 20th Century. Old pine construction with original robins egg blue painted surface. Period mirror and decorative glass pull knob. Functional interior latch keeps door shut or open. Three-tiered shelf interior, painted in original salmon pink. Wire on back with brackets for hanging on wall. This cabinet could be mounted to open right or left. Good “chippy” condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Paint is peeling in several areas, especially to the interior of the cabinet. Exterior of cabinet has been treated with Krylon UV Archival Matte Varnish to help preserve old paint surface from further deterioration. See photos. Displays charming!
