Platform Rocking Horse Floor Pull Toy for your consideration. The horse-riding toy measures approx. 24 inches tall, 22 3/4 inches long and 7 1/2 inches wide. American, 20th Century. Folk Art, hand carved & hand painted. Glass eyes, real horsehair tail. Front right hoof raised. Stylized bridled head with mouth open. Hand crafted saddle with hand painted floral motif. Intricately carved black mane. Good Shabby Chic condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Partial leather and brass stirrup on one side, missing on other side. Cracking to wood. Staining, including faint circle ring to base likely created by drinking glass. Missing all four wheels and rocking base. See photos. Displays delightfully primitive!
