Life-size Italian Terracotta Boxer Statue for your consideration. The dog measures approx. 20 inches tall, 10 3/4 inches deep and 9 1/2 inches wide. Italian, mid-20th Century. Terracotta, majolica. Hand crafted sculpture, finely executed, hand painted figural boxer sitting on haunches looking alert. Original paper label at base on inside reads, “HANDMADE IN ITALY” with handwritten inscription, “^553/352”. Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Shows minor wear commensurate with age.
