Rare & Original Antique Sheffield Sterling Fruit Knife for your consideration. The knife measures approx. 3 1/8 inches long, 5/8 of an inch wide and 1/4 of an inch thick. The blade measures approx. 2 1/4 inches in length. England, Sheffield, William Needham & Sons, early 20th Century. Fruit knife / single blade pocketknife. Sterling silver. Unusual faux tortoise shell design, as Needham typically used mother of pearl. Single folding blade. Hallmarked. Excellent antique condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use.
