Scissors Cigarettes Pocket Tin by W. D. & H. O. Wills

Rare & Original Scissors Pocket Tin for your consideration. The tin measures approx. 2 7/8 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide and 3/8 of an inch thick. English, first half 20th Century. Tin-litho advertising 4-pack pocket tin. Red ground with gold and white imagery depicting scissors cutting paper that reads, “CIGARETTES”. Reads, “SCISSORS” at top, “SPECIAL ARMY QUALITY” on left side and, “W.D.& H.O. WILLS” “BRISTOL & LONDON” at bottom. Hinged lid at top. Back has four grooved cylinders that fit four cigarettes. Good antique condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Areas of light rusting, fading, soiling, etc. Natural aged patina. See photos. Functions and displays attractive!
