Rare & Original Hand Painted Trolley Conductor Occupational Porcelain Mug for your consideration. The mug measures approx. 3 1/2 inches tall and approx. 4 1/2 inches from rim to handle. Diameter measures approx. 3 5/8 inches. Late 19th to early 20th Century. Hand painted porcelain mug, likely Limoges. Scene of conductor operating trolley. Lovely painted bouquet of flowers decorating either side. Gold gilt initials at top with the name, “HICKS”. Faint porcelain maker’s mark on base. In addition, impressed number marks, “77” and “2”. Very good antique condition. No chips or cracks. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Gold gilt is partially faded throughout. See photos. Displays splendid!
