Antique Royal Worcester Figurine, Paddy the Irishman by James Hadley (1837–1903) for your consideration. The figurine measures approx. 7 inches tall, 2 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches deep. English, mid 19th Century. Hand painted Irishman in white hat and suit with gold gilt trim. Both hands are tucked under his coat tails. Marked on base with several impressed marks including the model no. “835” and the English registry mark, dating the figure to March 25th, 1868. Royal Worcester impressed and ink marks. Excellent antique condition. Near mint. Shows minor wear commensurate with age. Minor gilding loss. See photos. Displays splendid! Highly sought after!
