William IV John Ridgway Imari Style Ironstone Plate for your consideration. The plate measures approx. 10 1/4 inches in diameter and approx. 1 1/4 inches tall. Foot diameter measures approx. 5 3/4 inches. England, first half 19th Century. Chinoiserie, Imari style. Hand painted floral garden setting with birds in flight. Scalloped border with further floral motifs decorating the central scene. Large mark on back reads, “Imperial Stone China Bradley & Co. Pall Mall London”. In center of mark is a lion and unicorn with crest and crown. Overall, good antique condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Crazing and age stains throughout. Dark crack extends from edge, measuring approx. 4 1/4 inches long and a faint hairline from edge measuring approx. 1 inch. Several chips to outer rim. Shabby Chic! See photos. Displays handsomely!
