Rare & Authentic Antique Cree Indian Embroidered Rifle Scabbard for your consideration. The scabbard measures approx. 39 inches long without the end tassels or the folding flap at the large end, and approx. 7 inches wide at the largest end and tapering down to approx. 2 1/2 inches at the smaller end. Native American, Cree (Nehiyaw). Late 19th to early 20th Century. Leather hide rifle scabbard decorated with colorful hand embroidered floral designs. Fine example acquired from a New England estate. Excellent antique condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. See photos. Displays important!
