Wedgwood Brown Transferware “Panama Pattern” Exotic Bird Platter for your consideration. The platter measures approx. 10 1/4 inches X 12 7/8 inches and approx. 1 1/2 inches tall. Brown transfer decoration against creamy white ground; floral and fruit Aesthetic Movement designed border. Further brown transfer decoration in center of platter of exotic parrot-like bird. Impressed marks on back including, “WEDGWOOD”, “DFL”, “A”, and star-shaped mark. Also, “9” ink mark. Excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks. Shows minor wear commensurate with age. Crazing and light age staining throughout. See photos. Displays charming!
