Advertising, one sided, porcelain over metal, cobalt blue background with sky-blue border. The sign reads, “Velvet” “SOLD HERE” “The Smoothest SMOKING TOBACCO”. Artwork depicts open pocket tin on serving tray with burning pipe forming the title our of rising smoke. Overall, good antique condition with obvious signs of wear.
