Rosenthal Selb, likely decorated by Max Robisch (1904-1971). Porcelain, cobalt blue glazed ground, decorated in gilded relief aquatic scenes of three fish motifs and underwater plants. Stylish Jugendstil bronzed mounted base and lamp socket mount/finial with two pull-cord lightbulb sockets. Very good antique condition. No chips or cracks.
