Hand painted portrait of Italian King Victor Emmanuel II. The portrait is titled, “VICTOR EMMANUEL II ROI D’ITALIE”. Pink border decorated with gilt motifs. The back of the plate is marked, “C.H. PILLIVUYT & Cie PARIS EXP. 1867 MEDAILLE D’OR”. Excellent antique condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age. See photos. Displays magnificently. Rare!
