Large Apothecary Glass Stopper Jar c. 1903-1930

Large Millville Bottle Works Glass Stopper Jar for your consideration. The jar measures approx. 12 inches tall and approx. 6 5/8 inches in diameter. Glass stopper insert measures approx. 2 3/4 inches in diameter; top of stopper measures approx. 4 1/8 inches in diameter. New Jersey c. 1903-1930. Clear glass; insert is frosted glass. Blown in mold (BIM). Embossed mark on base reads, “M B W” “MILLVILLE”. Excellent condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. Light oxidation throughout. Crude imperfection line to neck of glass that does not go through. Several small bubbles in glass. A few small fleabites to rim. See photos. Displays fantastic! Would make the perfect change jar!
