2 3/4 inches wide and 1 inch think. Mixed metals; bronze plate over brass. Bronze is decorated with raised egret stylized birds in flight. Hartwig German matchbox inside; box is empty. Very good condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. See photos. Displays splendid!
