Art Nouveau Belgian Pottery Pitcher for your consideration. The carafe measures approx. 8 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 6 inches deep. Belgium, late 19th to early 20th Century. Art Nouveau, Faience, Flemish Art Pottery. Blended glazed colors of green, orange, yellow and brown. Twisted wrap around loop handle, tapered cylindrical form with small spout. Hand decorated motifs including birds, sun, windmill and floral designs. Interior of vessel is muted drip-glazed colors of greens, yellows and browns. Impressed, “203” underglaze mark on base. Very good antique condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. Small glaze flake to spout. Not noticeable except under very close examination. See photos. Displays unusually attractive.
