Rare & Original Art Deco Lusterware Clown Pierrot Figural Inkwell for your consideration. The figural inkwell measures approx. 5 1/2 inches tall, 3 5/8 inches wide and 4 inches deep. Cute hand painted clown character sitting and holding a bouquet of flowers. Head lifts off revealing inkwell. Marked on base, “Germany” and impressed mark, “4218”. Very good vintage condition, near Mint. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. Missing insert. Very small and insignificant fleabite to right shoulder area. Not noticeable except under close examination and could easily be restored if desired. See photos. Displays charming, Scarce!
