Rare Antique Stag Cigarettes Tin for your consideration. The tin measures approx. 2 3/4 inches X 3 3/8 inches and approx. 3/8 of an inch thick. Beautiful tin-litho imagery of stag with Art Nouveau tulip flower design. The top of the lid reads, “STAG CIGARETTES” “TRADE-MARK” “EXTRA QUALITY”. Lettering around the edge reads, “10 STAG CIGARETTES” “TOBACCO AND CIGARS FACTORY” “FORMERLY LOUIS DOBBELMANN, ROTTERDAM”. Underside of lid has further decoration of stag and tulips. Reads, “STAG CIGARETTES” “REGISTERED TRADE MARK” “MANUFACTURED BY THE TOBACCO AND CIGARS FACTORY” “FROMERLY LOUIS DOBBELMANN, ROTTERDAM”. Very good antique condition.
