Antique Folk Art Recipe Book for your consideration. The book measures approx. 9 7/8 inches long, 4 5/8 inches wide and 1/2 of an inch thick. American, first quarter 20th Century. Canvas covered book with hand painted decoration of table lamp, cauldron pot being heated over fire and a wild hare-rabbit running away. The book is titled, “Chafing Dish Recipes”. Six enveloped pages to hold recipe clippings. There are several old recipe clippings included. The book is in good antique condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Condition issues include but are not limited to, light soiling, minor age staining, a bit separated at spine, yet secure/intact. See photos. Displays and functions superb!
