19th Century Chinese Carved Bovine Horn Inro for your consideration. The inro measures approx. 6 inches tall, 1 3/4 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches deep. Carved horn depicts monkey figure on lid with carved floral diamond pattern on each side. Old string that cinches lid down. Old wood insert at base and under lid. Very good condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. See photos. Displays archaic.
