A. Klingenberg Limoges Biscuit Jar for your consideration. The biscuit jar measures approx. 7 inches tall. Base and inside top diameter measures approx. 4 inches. French: Late 19th Century. Hand painted floral Art Nouveau design with white flowers against red ground and gold gilt highlights. Glossy white interior. Lid is decorated further in floral details including raised gold gilt vine handle. Marked on base, “A.K.”. Excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks. Shows minor wear commensurate with age and use. Two raised gold gilt decorations have flaked off along the rim. Not noticeable except under close examination. See photos. Displays lovely!
